In N 0353/16 polling station of Kentron Commune 38 voting papers were declared invalid. The mark on part of them was not put properly, seal on others was obscure. Neither observers nor proxies, nor Media representatives were allowed to approach the table and check the voting papers. The overwhelming majority of those voting papers were voted for “Justice” Bloc.

It wasn’t allowed to shoot in that election centre. Electoral Code says “a journalist has the right to record, make photos, and shoot with a committee chair's consent” , Committee chair Gagik Baghdasaryan said.

But we didn’t manage to come to terms with the district committee chairman that “with smb.’s permission” and “with smb.'s consent” are not synonyms.
