APPEALS TO N 40 ELECTION DISTRICT
Support A1+!N 40 district electoral committee received 2 applications on appeal over the elections within the fixed term. The proxies of “Justice” Bloc and Armenian National Movement Party have stated in their applications that from 8:00 PM, May 25 till 10:50 AM, May 26 the committee chair Gagik Shahnazaryan was out of the committee under unknown reasons .
Vice-Chair and secretary of the committee have received the applications.
At 11:00 AM, May 26 time the protocol on the results of N 1184 election centre of Akhtala was not produced to the district election commission. The chair of the given polling station is Akhtala Mayor Suren Tamazyan. He was asked why the voting papers and the protocol hadn’t been brought to DEC within 14 hours after the elections /the set term/. Mr Tamazyan said he was not aware of the deadline provided to him by Electoral Code .
