FREQUENCY TENDER SCHEDULED FOR JUNE 7

Deadline for the broadcasting frequencies tender application submission expires today. Three frequencies are put in tender: 25th UHF in Yerevan, 32nd – in Charentsavan and 104.1 mHz radio frequency in Gyumri.

Armenia TV broadcasts on 25 Yerevan’s frequency. A1+ TV Company aspires to the same frequency.

32nd frequency occupied by Lusalik is uncontested as no company applied for it. . “Asparez” Gyumri’s journalists club will be the challenger to Shant TV Company broadcasting on 104.1 mHz frequency.

Radio and Television National Commission is to consider proposals on June 7.
