SPONSORS NEEDED
Support A1+!A concert dedicated to the Defence Day of Children, took place today in the building of “Arm Project” institution. “New Generation: 21st Century” social and cultural organisation and “Sorrowful Eyes” charity centre had arranged it.
The concert was organised for invalid children. About 300 children from various orphanages were invited to it. Not well-known songsters of Armenian variety art appeared. Little children were jumping on the stage. After the concert the children were given to vitamins.
According to Evelina Asatryan, Vice-Chair of “New Generation”, such concerts are held a few times a year. “Sorrowful Eyes” Chair Ignat Hovhannissyan said the next step of them is “Hope” orphanage of Gyumri City, where they will organise a measure especially for indigent children.
It gladdens that our invalid children are treated this way, but work of such unions would be more valuable if the children were supported materially instead.
“We have no sponsors” , Mrs Asatryan said.
