UNCLE WAS NOT ILL
Support A1+!“From my imprisonment day till the last injection was by force, against my will. I have never put in a claim on my health state”, defendant Vram Galstyan, the uncle of the Hunanyans, announced today at October 27 trial.
He says he has never been ill or needed any pill whereas October 27 trial has been postponed since April because of his bad health condition /before that judge Samvel Uzunyan had been ill for 3 months/.
The defendant confessed this after Aram Sargsyan’s representative Advocate Oleg Yunoshev had made a solicitation, causing doubt that the trial was being artificially dragged out. According to him, no grounded paper on Vram Galstyan’s health was introduced, and suggested to call the doctors treating him, to the Court.
Epicrisis for Vram Galstyan and not the case history was brought before the Court. Yunoshev even petitioned to make a judicial and medical examination as suspecting the defendant to be injected in “special medicine and drugs, for making him irresponsible”.
Judge Uzunyan argued: “It is humiliating to subject a person to judicial and medical examination for no particular reason”. The reference from the insulator says the defendant to have pressure and mood drop, sleep and appetite lack, headache, dizziness, but not strange psychic behaviour . However, solicitation of the advocate was granted after the defendants’ statement.
Since Vram Galstyan was in normal state as he said, Court continued examining witness Avetis Tashchyan. Case witness and ex-policeman Tashchyan was on duty at Parliament entrance on October 27, 1999.
