CC REJECTED GHUKAS ULIKHANYAN’S APPLICATION
Support A1+!Today CC continued examination of Ghukas Ulikhanyan’s case, the candidate from N 3 election district. The respondent and the complainants appeared with final speeches.
The respondent, the representative N 3 district electoral committee, announced as an argument against the complainants’ accusation in the press over the election bribes: “Accusation of the election bribes in the press doesn’t correspond with the reality as the Office of Public Prosecutor didn’t institute legal proceedings against it” .
Constitutional Court of Armenia rejected the application of “Republic” Party member Ghukas Ulikhanyan, over demanding to declare invalid the elections by majority procedure in N 3 election district.
CC found that there aren’t enough grounds to recognise the election results invalid.
