ALLEGATION BROUGHT AGAINST YUNOSHEV

Oleg Yunoshev, the attorney of the Vazgen Sargssyan’s brother Aram Sargssyan, said defendant Nairi Hunanyan’s attorney Samvel Martirosssyan told Hayots Ashkhar newspaper correspondent that Yunoshev on behalf of his client offered a deal to Nairi Hunanyan through his attorney. In Martirossyan’s words, he was told if his client Nairi Hunanyan plead he was just perpetrator of the crime and mention names of high-ranking officials as masterminds, Aram Sargssyan will pledge some guarantees to him.
There was nothing like this, Yunoshev said. “I just told Hunanyan’s lawyer that my client, Aram Sargssyan doesn’t feel blood-thirstiness toward the accused”, he added.
Yunoshev also said that met “Alfa” group’s chief General Colonel Ivashov, who informed him that the group had been called to Yerevan on Robert Kocharyan’s request to liquidate terrorists. This contradicts Robert Kocharyan’s words, Yunoshev says.
