JUDGE SATISFIED PROSECUTION PLEA
Support A1+!“We brought materials and we demand them back”, said prosecutor Gagik Avetisyan today at October 27 terrorist action trial.
Prosecution side pleaded to the court asking the 5 volumes including Harutyunyan’s, Movsisyan’s, Nairi Badalyan’s phone talks records as well as records made in parliament and pre-trial detention facilities not to be make public.
They due to be returned to prosecution and scrutinised by investigators, said prosecutor Gagik Avetisyan.
The judge satisfied the prosecution plea.
