Oleg Yunoshev, victim Vazgen Sargssyan’s family attorney, continued to deliver his accusatory speech at October 27 terrorist action trial on Monday.

If Defense Minister Serge Sargssyan and President Robert Kocharyan were summoned to appear before the court, the lawyer’s many questions would find their answers.

And now Yunoshev can only assume whether key defendant Nairi Hunanyan’s testimonies given at a closed-door examination were true or not

Judge Samvel Uzunyan says no secrets had been revealed at the closed-door examination and refused to make public the defendant’s testimonies. “It’s a secret”, he said.

Interrupting Yuneshev’s speech, prosecutor Koryun Piloyan accused the lawyer of distorting the facts and “deliberately creating illusion of Serge Sargssyan’s implication in the crime”.

The lawyer, in turn, said: “Hold, please, a closed-door session and I’ll read up Hunanyan’s testimonies about Robert Kocharyan and Serge Sargssyan.
