Support A1+!”We demand Armenian Government and Serj Sargssyan to resign since the problems of the liberty fighters are not solved because of them”, Grisha Sargssyan, Chair of “Glorious Fighters” social organization announced at the press conference in Journalists’ House.
By his words, their organization has applied to Armenian president, Government, Defense Ministry since 2000 in order that they should protect the broken rights of the liberty fighters but they haven’t yet been replied to.
”Armenian Defense Ministry has distributed certificates of war participants to 50000 people. But believe me many of them didn’t fight”.
He demanded the Armenian Government to urgently solve the pension problem for the fighters and satisfy all the requests of the families of perished fighters. ”We also demand Parliament to pass the Law on a Liberty Fighter”, Mr Sargssyan added.
Grisha Sargssyan assured if Government keeps displaying indifference about their problems they will hold numerous actions from Meghri to Yerevan beginning from December 5, 2003.
