Not only women but also men can become human trafficking victims, Tigran Janoyan, a member of International Union of Lawyers, said at round table held Wednesday to discuss human trafficking problem.

The round table participants are convinced that joint efforts are needed to combat this vicious phenomenon.

Punishment for human trafficking is specified in new Criminal Code. However, the lawyers think the code should undergo some alterations.
