Our schools have problems over building, finance, etc, which weren’t solved even after implementation of educational reform project by Armenian Government”, Susanna Engibaryan, head of the department for projects of general education of Education and Science Ministry’ “Licensing and Accreditation Service” agency, announced at the scientific and practical conference in the National Academy of Sciences.
Conference participants discussed issues regarding the problems and perspectives of private schools.
By Engibaryan’s word, schoolbook problem in the private schools must be solved. ”Educational reform project by Armenian Government has imposed on schools books our schoolchildren will never accept. Instead of learning the lessons pupils are busy with looking for more popular books”.
She said the licensing problem of private schools was to be taken into consideration. ” State must regulate both the state and private schools”.
