NEW ADVOCATES IN THE REVIEW COURT
Support A1+!The trial on Tigran Naghdalyan’s murder case restarted and was again postponed in the Review Court. H. Hakobyan, the new advocate of defendant Gegham Shahbazyan appeared to the Court. It is to remind that Shahbazyan had rejected his former attorney Lusntag Badalyan.
Zaruhi Postanjyan, having resumed defense for Felix Arustamyan, come to Court, too.
The defendants represented the contents of their appeals. Other defendants were displeased with the severe punishment. Armen Sargssyan and his defense demanded to declare invalid the verdict of the First Instance Court and to acquit Sargssyan.
Armen Sargssyan also informed the Court that he had obtained new facts, which might discharge him.
Court set 3 days to the new advocates to look through the case materials.
The trial will continue on December 23.
