It is to remind that 8 months ago General Office of Prosecutor produced an accusation conclusion to the First Instance Court of Kentron, Nork-Marash Communes, saying citizens of Armenia Nina Shilina, her husband Edgar Filkov, Iveta Filkova and Alexander Gasparyan are accused of spy.
Defendant Alexander Gasparyan asked the Court to set an extra preliminary inquest. ”At the preliminary inquest the investigator extorted the testimonies under pressure and menace. During the trial Office of Prosecutor didn’t represent any paper indicating on my frequent visits to Azerbaijan”.
The trial will continue on December 22.
