PETROSYAN BROUGHT AN ACTION AGAINST ROBERT KOCHARYAN

Today ”Hayots Tun” Union Chair Vardan Petrosyan has again appealed to General Prosecutor Aram Tamazyan demanding to institute legal proceedings against Robert Kocharyan and other officials.

Vardan Petrosyan accuses Robert Kocharyan of disregarding the duties provided by Constitution, for official negligence and formal idleness.

The attitude of the state towards the residents of “Northern Avenue” and the anti-constitutional decision of the Government gave Petrosyan occasion to charge Kocharyan.

As usual this application of Vardan Petrosyan won’t be taken into consideration or discussed, either.
