Armen Aghayan, the member of “Protection of Liberated Territories” social initiative announced this in “Azdak” Club. He stated that the Armenian delegation was to leave the hall demanding to move the issue away from the agenda.
According to Edward Simonyants, ex-head of National Security State Department, the approaches of the Armenian Authorities towards NKR problem are ignorant: ”They met with failure so those responsible for the foreign policy must leave”.
Edward Simonyants added that Karabakhi conflict can’t be solved only by negotiating with Azerbaijan. It must be put in the context of other processes and relations of foreign policy.
Academician Rafael Ghazaryan said that defeatist approaches proceed from Robert Kocharyan. Return of the liberated territories can’t be talked about as they guarantee security of Armenia and Karabakh. So they must be developed and settled.
