The Matevosyans residing in Arami, 30 were set deadline to leave their own flat till February 5. Ara Saghatelyan, Justice Ministry Press Secretary informed this.

He also said that examining the issue Court had made a decision to do away with the verdict over suspend. Whereas Matevosyans’ advocate said that in case of a normal procedure the matter may long for a month.

Saghatelyan said that Anatoli Avagyan, head of service for executing the compulsory acts had visited the residents. He had talked with them.

It was decided to postpone the execution of the verdict till tomorrow providing that the residents leave the flats of their own free will.
