ONE MORE OCTOBER 27 CASE WITNESS DISAPPEARED
Support A1+!”A person passing through 3 criminal cases leaves Armenia without any obstacle: this is possible only by support and awareness of Authorities”, the Demirchyan’s advocate Ashot Sargssyan announced at the conference over the vanishing fact of Nairi Badalyan, October 27 case witness and ex-defendant.
He informed that he had introduced 3 solicitations to the preliminary inquest body. One of them regarded making an examination in Parliament with presence of witnesses and participation of Nairi Badalyan.
Preliminary inquest body agreed to the examination but after Parliament season end. On December 25 an agreement over making the examination on January 6 or 7 was reached at with the PI body.
Investigation group head Farkhoyan informed Ashot Sargssyan that on October 19 Nairi Badalyan left for USA. The investigation group possesses the Yerevan-Amsterdam ticket.
Ashot Sargssyan petitioned for making the examination on October 12 and 7 days later Nairi Badalyan left for United States.
Mr Sargssyan reminded about the conversations of Nairi Badalyan, saying after leaving the jail ”he faced the homeless status, had neither job nor means of subsistence”. And that man was granted to visa without any difficulty or postponement, obtained about $ 1000, purchased a ticket and departed for USA.
It is noteworthy that people bearing any relation to October 27 appear exactly in USA.
”Just a private person under a homeless status couldn’t get visa without interference of Authorities”, Sargssyan says.
Ashot Sargssyan announced if Authorities are not privy to it, the investigation body will do its best that he returns to Armenia and partakes in the examination.
