UNO WILL PROTECT SEVAN’S ISHKHAN
Support A1+!Programs on “Intensification of Fighting against Locusts”, “Fighting against Rodents in Armenia”, “Stable Development of Mountainous Districts” were signed between Armenian Agriculture Minister David Loqyan and UNO’s Food and Agriculture Organization /FAO/ representative Maria Katleshkova.
The programs will be implemented at the level of districts and communes. FAO representative Maria Katleshkova said that Armenia is inscribed in the countries with low revenue and needs support for many respects.
Maria Katleshkova also said that they aim to conduct information programs and to protect ishkhan fish of Sevan.
