“A1+” CLAIM HEARING AGAIN POSTPONED
Support A1+!Economic Court was to hear “A1+” TV Company claim against TV and Radio National Committee. The session didn’t take place since Judge Robert Sargssyan presided over another session at the same time.
It is to remind that “Meltex” LTD appealed to Court 7 months ago demanding TV and Radio Committee to base in written why it had refused the license to “A1+” in the tenders for the 25th, 31st, 39th and 51st frequencies.
On February 10 TV and Radio representative demurred to Judge Karen Chilingaryan for ignoring his solicitation. Economic Court Chairman Manukyan granted the petition. So today’s session headed by Judge Sargssyan was to be the first.
The parts will be subpoenaed about the next session in 2 days.
