NON-ORIENTATED ONES INCREASE
Support A1+!Armenian Culture Ministry has no stance over the withdrawn bill on “Military Service”.
”Our position was neutral and non-orientated”, Lilit Asatryan, Culture and Youth Deputy Minister says.
Mrs Asatryan in Ministry is occupied with coordinating the works carried out with the youth. She said when the bill became the subject for public discussion she was in Strasburg to partake in the activity of Youth Leading Committee of CE.
However, she is aware that the bill on “Military Service” has been withdrawn and “amendments are being prepared”.
What does she think about levying all the males of 18 without exception? ”I can’t express any standpoint on that”, N 1 executive for youth of the Ministry said.
She had met psychologists and found that “it’s much easier for 18 to serve”…
