She spoke on a common motion filed by 100 people who suffered damage from polluted drinking water and demanded 15 thousand 812 drams as compensation for each plaintiff.
The court decided to give a 4,000 - dram compensation per each complaint. They appealed to the Court of Appeal. The claim is under consideration now.
Arustamyan expressed hope that the Appeal Court would make a just decision.
