Support A1+!”How do you treat elimination of green territories in Yerevan?”, a participant of a seminar on “Coverage of Ecology Problems” addressed to the Armenian Ecology Minister.
”Very badly”, Minister answered. According to Vardan Ayvazyan, Ministry is unable to fight against destruction of the green zones since it has no key factors.
Mr. Ayvazyan said there aren’t any ill-groomed gardens in Yerevan unlike the 1990’s – café heads take care of the territories nearby their properties.
At the end of the seminar Minister stated the buildings in gardens are more than the green zones. Under the information of the social organizations, the half of the green areas of Yerevan was demolished during 15 recent years.
