RELUCTANT TO RESIGN
Support A1+!Armenian Ballet School’s new-appointed principal Karen Gevorgyan resigned Tuesday because the school’s staff protested his appointment to that post and went on strike together with students demanding return of former principal Norik Mehrabyan.
It isn’t still clear if the Culture Ministry will comply with their second demand on Mehrabyan. It will be known when culture minister Hovik Hoveyan returns from China.
