WEAPONS WERE NOT DELIVERED TO US FROM ARMENIA
Support A1+!“We know that a gang headed by our compatriot was arrested”, Deputy Head of the Commission for Home Affairs, National Security and Defense Hrachya Harutyunyan said when commenting on the arrest of the grouping involved in the illegal arms traffic in the US.
He reported to the RA National Assembly that Arthur Solomonyan and his brother were detained and added that the two brothers left the homeland in 1998 and 2000 respectively. As students of the Academy of Agriculture they left for the US and never returned. To note they both have been wanted by the police since 2001 for avoiding the obligatory military service.
Hrachya Harutyunyan also stated that the weapons revealed were not brought from Armenia.
