On April 5 the RA Economical Court will hear the suit of he National Academy of Science against the LTD «Meltex», that is – the TV company A1+. The Academy demands to free the building at Gr. Lusavorich 15, where A1+ has had rooms since 1991. The Academy wants to bring the NAS Language and Economical Institutes which are located at the crossroad of Sayat-Nova and Abovyan streets.

This building has been granted to the Armenian Apostolic Church by the decision of the Government in order to build a patriarchate in Yerevan. While the Academy is firing «A1+» to free the building for the linguists and economists, the latters are going to appeal against the decision of the Government. According to Lavrenti Hovhannisyan, head of the NAS Language Institute, the suit is almost ready and it will soon be brought to court. «The appeal is about the decision to grant the building to the Church», said Mr. Hovhannisyan.
