“A1+” WAS A FILTER
Support A1+!“Broadcast today” announces the poster near the Komitas monument informing that today quotes from the press, speeches about human rights and video materials will be represented.
Here at 7-9 p.m. the following action devoted to the 3rd anniversary of depriving A1+ of air took place. Tens of citizens of different age and sex approached the table and put their signature under the demand to announce the list of the free frequencies and organize free and transparent competition. Members of the Republican Party also took part in the action.
“”A1+” was the organ where both the building and the workers and the equipment were clearly put together. Theoretically they has achieved perfection, that’s why they were afraid and closed A1+”, said head of the Party Aram Sargsyan. Three years after A1+’s deprivation of air he thinks that “many have wanted to take “A1+”’s place, but for that reason one has to achieve perfection. A team of people of the same ideas and professionals is needed which is not formed in one year”.
According to Aram Sargsyan, “A1+” was a filter distinguishing between reality and forgery”. He is also sure that while the authorities are here “A1+” will not b opened. “I did not put my signature in order to appeal to the authorities. I put it in with the conviction that “A1+” will be opened”, said the head of the Republican Party.
The action in defense of “A1+” and freedom of speech will continue till April 12 every day at 7-9 p.m. near the Komitas monument, opposite the building of the Yerevan State Conservatoire.
