ANOTHER HOMELESS IN THE STREETS OF YEREVAN

“Did they take away the wardrobe too? And will they give be back my golden rings that lay in it? Where is the furniture of my house?” These were the questions asked by the resident of the Buzand street Lilya Ghazaryan who came home at about 03:00 p.m. and found that the staircase of her house has been destroyed.

Naturally, Mrs. Ghazaryan had furniture in her house, but because of the absence of the staircase she cannot see which part of it has been taken out. And where can she find those pieces taken out? The company which is responsible for them is “Glendale Hills” which is to reconstruct the area and which gave the order of the illegal eviction.

The eviction is illegal as the residents of the house were not informed of it beforehand. What is most important is that the case of Aelita Ghazaryan registered in the same house is still in court, and the court decision has not yet entered into vigor. So, the Court officers did not have the right to destroy the house.
