CHURCH ACTIVATES WORK WITH THE YOUTH
Support A1+!The Armenian Apostolic Church takes the initiative to oppose to the religious sects. The Church tries to activate work especially with the youth. The Youth Union of the Ararat Patriarchal diocese organizes meetings twice a week.
«People usually learn about the meetings from their friends, sometimes from Mass Media. We already have many permanent visitors», the head of the Youth Union mentions. Some of the young people participating in the meetings say that they gain spiritual peace here.
By the way, the discussions do not refer to the religious field solely. For example, the Constitutional reforms in Armenia will be the theme of the coming discussions.
Although the meetings are initiated for the young people, the majority of its participants were adults.
