«CORRUPTION ON AN INTERNATIONAL SCALE»
Support A1+!«Today international corruption is carried out in Armenia», Arshak Sadoyan noted today, regarding «ArmenTel»'s activities.
He has prepared an Open letter to the Minister of Tra nsportation and Communication Andranik Manoukyan and head of the Cmmittee on Cordination of Social Services Robert Nazaryan. The deputy informs in the letter that «ArmenTel»'s computer crime is realized by the following plan: «when the subscriber while connected to internet enters erotic, game or other entertaining sites they’re computers connect to an especially worked out programs which register the time of being in internet as an international phone conversation with the price of 360 AMD per minute. It is, as Arshak Sadoyan thinks, a corruption on an international scale. Mr. Sadoyan intends to raise the question at the beginning of the spring session of NA.
