NUMBER OF CRIMES REDUCED BY 2.5 IN NKR ARMY

“The development of the NKR army is obvious,” says Commander of the NKR Defense Army Seyran Ohanyan. Still, he accepts there is much to do. According to the Minister, the main problems are connected with the officers. The number of crimes has reduced by 2.5 for the last few years. The information was made public during the latest session of the NKR DA Military Council.

The Minister informed that the combat against the so-called “false authorities” in the NKR army was finished in 2004-2005.

The Minister meant the soldiers who do not obey the laws of the army and control the others, “The authorities are those who are clever, strong and smart, but if the process gets out of control of the commanders, it becomes something negative,” Ohanyan said.

The NKR Defense Army succeeded in the combat against «false authorities» enhancing control over the officers. Maybe in this case the RA army will follow the example of the NKR army.
