WHERE IS THE ADLER DISPATCHER AND WHAT HAS HE TOLD THE PILOT?

Social

It is early to speak about the reasons of the May 3 aircrash as the criminal investigation is still under way. But seven hypotheses are already being discussed: technical problems, lack of fuel, the factor of the pilot, the mistake of the dispatcher, bad weather, waterspout, and terrorism.

The sides excluded the last version from the very beginning, the Armenian side excluded technical problems, and Viktor Timoshin, expert of security issues of the Russian aviation excluded bas visibility because of weather saying, «Visibility was enough for landing. The automatic equipment of both the plane and the airport is on the highest level. If we take official information as granted, during the landing the law index of clouds was 100 meters and visibility was 1500 meters. It is enough for making a safe landing. Of course if there were no lightning or change of the wind».

The meteorologists excluded the version about strong wind and waterspout as they usually occur in summer and not this time of the year.

That is to say, the other versions are the factor of the pilot, the mistake of the dispatcher, and the lack of fuel.

Taking into account the information that the plane was halfway when it decided to return to Armenia and then suddenly the commander of the plane decided to head for Adler again, it is possible that some of the «authorized» passengers of the plane exercised pressure upon the pilot. But the final decision must be made by the pilot, and he made it.

It is also of interest to note that the two messages about the fuel to the dispatchers differ from each other. First the pilot said he has fuel for 2 hours of flight, and then after coming to Yerevan and returning to Sochi for some mysterious reasons the quantity of the fuel rose and the pilot said that they have fuel for 2.5 hours of flight.

The whereabouts of hte Adler airport dispatcher are also unknown, and no information has been given about his conversation with the pilot. And the Georgian side transferred the issue to the political field and offered records which according to them can shed light on the details of the crash. But by now there is no news from the Armenian and Russian sides in this connection.

Most probably the connection of hte Adler airport dispatcher with the pilot was preserved till the very last second. We can come to this conclusion according to the information given by Russian TV channels that the plane fell into the water under an angle of 60o degrees. Several hours after the crash only the dispatcher could be aware of this fact. This information also confirms that the plane was landing, as it flying under this angle only while landing. Perhaps the order to make another circle was too sudden. Nevertheless, nothing is certain about it, as no information is given about the conversation of the dispatcher and the pilot.

Despite anything, the plane was on the right course, and even in case of the malfunction of the dispatcher it was near the airport and headed for the runway. Here again the version of low visibility is refuted and we can only suppose that sudden lack of fuel could be the reason for falling down.

It is also known that while flying directly less fuel is needed that while maneuvering. And in this case the plane had to make several maneuvers the last of which ended with a crash. Let us remind you that owner of “Armavia” Mika Baghdasarov announced several times that the plane did not have problems with the quantity of fuel.
