In connection with the article “12 officials arrested” the RA State Committee of Economic Competition Protection turned to “A1+” with explanations.

Let us remind you that twelve people were arrested in connection with criminal case against registration of real estate right by using false receipts. There are high-rank officials among them who pocketed 1, 5 milliard AMD from ordinary citizens. Seven more citizens are under search, among them K. Hayrapetyan, deputy head of the Investigations Administration of the Committee.

Press Secretary of the Committee Armineh Udumyan informed “A1+” that the possible crime of the arrested officials has nothing to do with the time period of the office of K. Hayrapetyan. “There is no information in the documents represented to the Committee about him having worked in the Cadastre system”, Armineh Udumyan informed “A1+” mentioning that he has carried out his responsibilities conscientiously.
