SADOYAN THREATEN’S “ARMENTEL”

Leader of the National Democratic Union Arshak Sadoyan rendered another press conference today against “ArmenTel”. The aim was to require the Committee Regulating Public Relations turn down “ArmenTel”s application about raising the tariffs of telephone communication.

The NDU offers to hold a piquet on September 19 opposite the building of the Committee Regulating Public Relations where public hearings are meant to take place about “ArmenTel”s application. “We will not leave the area. We shall break windows if you dare solve the problem in favor of “ArmenTel””, Sadoyan threatened the Committee. He also called on the population not to pay the additional sums established in case the tariffs are raised.

Let us remind you that “ArmenTel” wants to raise the tariffs by three. On September 1 they sent an application to the Committee according to which the tariffs must be raised from 1100 AMD to 3000.
