On January 24, the Ararat department of the police forces was informed that the driver of silver «VAZ-2106» was using drugs inside the car parked in Artsakh District, Vedy City.

Due to drastic measures of the operative group the suspect, Rafik G. (b. in 1967), was pursued and arrested. To note, he is a resident of Voskepat village.

The investigation is under way.
