RESIDENTS ARE ALARMED

The Committee protecting the rights of the residents of Yerevan Aghayan 19 and Teryan 56, the members of which are Tigran Mansouryan, Rouben Torosyan, Mitush Margaryan, Susanna Petrosyan, Souren Sargsyan, Souren Vardanyan, and Armen Qotanjyan, has made a statement. On behalf of the residents of committee warns:

«At present the stumps of the trees chopped down by Nushikyan Association in the grove opposite the buildings are being extirpated. We have applied to the RA Police central department informing them that the action is illegal as the Association has not come to an agreement with the residents of the district».

The Committee has also sent the Government decision about getting permission for construction and deconstruction. According to the decision, before starting the construction the company has to come to an agreement with those who suffer losses because of the construction and compensate the losses inflicted during the construction.
