Social

Artak Zeynalyan, member of Political Council of "Republican" Party has appealed to the RA Constitutional Court to discuss 26 Chapter of the RA “Civil Procedure” which contradicts the RA Constitution. The Court hearing is on 27 November. According to Zeynalyan, the RA judges take the advantage of deficiency of legal protection measures and do not carry out their commitments as it is set up by the law.

“I try to bring the judges to the legal field, since Armenia is a legal state”, said Artak Zeynalyan to “A1+” and informed that he had appealed to the Constitutional Court. Zeynalyan pointed out that this was an ongoing process which started last November and he had won his first court case at the Constitutional Court.

“I was disputing some provisions of the RA “Civil Procedure” and as an example I brought the activities of three judges”, said Artak Zeynalyan and noted that it was important for the case to prove his veracity. He also mentioned that his appeal was against all judges. “I do not know what exit the court proceedings will have but I have already noticed progress regarding oral pleadings”, said Artak Zeynalyan. He also mentioned that everyone was aware that he started this process some years ago and in the public right sense he expresses his concerns as an RA citizen.
