WHAT A MISTAKE!
Support A1+!The Mnatsakanyans’ family has remained without a roof. The roofs of 13/7 and 13/10 houses on Teryan Street were destroyed by the order of Office for Implementation of Programs.
72-year-old Vladimir Mnatsakanyan, who lives in 13/10 house on Teryan Street, was surprised to see his house partly destroyed. “By the decision of the Government my house was to be destroyed, but we were supposed to be warned and compensated”, said the old man.
The Mnatsakanyans’ house was evaluated 9.4 million drams. Vladimir Mnatsakanyan says that he cannot buy an apartment in the center of Yerevan with that money. He pointed out that his rights were violated. It was presupposed that the owners of the territory should get an apartment in the newly built house after 45 months, but where they would live until that time they did not know.
Vladimir Mnatsakanyan tried to sign an agreement with the constructing company and with the Municipality’s Office for Implementation of Programs, but the latter had always evaded.
“I had to write to the Municipality, complaining that their office was not responsible for their job. The Municipality has sent my letter to the Office for Implementation of Programs. But they have destroyed my house without even warning me”, mentioned Vladimir Mnatskanyan.
The Mnatsakanyans appealed to the police to reinstate their rights. Harutyun Grigoryan, who was the representative of “RGM Group” LLT, which destroyed the roof, promised to repair the roof within 4 days. This surprised the Mnatsakanyans.
Harutyun Grigoryan told “A1+” that all this incidents were the result of a mistake. “We were to destroy the house of Mr Vladimir’s neighbour, but we destroyed the roof of his house by mistake”, he said and added that they would repair the roof of the house.
