In the 6th tour of Olympiad Chess combined team of Armenia won Canada team by 3,5-0,5. Rafael Vahanyan, Smbat Lputyan and Gabriel Sargssyan won victories and Levon Aronyan played a draw game.

In this tour Ukraine won Azerbaijan by 2,5 - 1,5 and Israel team sustained a defeat by 3:1 in the game with Russia.

After the 6th tour Armenia’s combined team is the 8th by 16,5 points. Ukraine team keeps heading the list. Russia follows it.
