FREE-STYLE WRESTLING
Support A1+!Today the Armenian championship on free-style wrestling was held in the gymnasium of the Institute of Physical Culture. The Armenian wrestlers were for the first time given the opportunity to compete.
The organizational part of the championship left much to be desired. First, it was rather cold in the gym, second, the gym was not appropriate for the conduction of a championship. The indicator board did not work and the audience were deprived of the opportunity to follow the results of the combats.
As for the sportsmen, let us note that they were not in the best form. However the presence of young wrestlers was encouraging. After this championship the national team for the participation in international competitions will be formed.
