Today the memorial tournament after Michael Tall ended in Moscow. Ten renowned grand masters participated in the tournament.

Armenian chess player Levon Aronyan tied with Boris Gelfand, the Israeli representative, in the final ninth round. Aronyan played with black draughts.

Grand masters Lekon and Ponomarev, topping the list of leaders, also tied their meeting.

Thus, Aronyan, Lekon and Ponomarev share the first place. Each of them has 5.5 points.
