TEAM OF KENTRON COMMUNITY WAS THE WINNER

On February 11 the third phase of the RA pupils chess Olympiad took place. The Olympiad was held by the Yerevan municipality. Winners of 12 communities participated in the Olympiad.

In the quick chess team tournament the medals were distributed as follows: Kentron community – first place, Avan community – second place, Ajapnyak community – third place.

Each team consisted of three boys and a girl.

It is noteworthy that this is the first time such an Olympiad has been held in Armenia.
