ARONYAN IS THE FORTH
Support A1+!FIDE has made public the rating list of the chess players. To note, Armenian GM Levon Aronyan is the forth with 2759 points.
It is noteworthy that Aronyan has moved on from the 7th to the 4th place as compared with the previous year data. The progress is determined by Aronyan’s excellent participation in chess supper tournament of Veik-an-Zee.
Bulgarian GM Vishvantan Anand tops the list, followed by Veselin Topolov (2nd place) and Vladimir Kramnik (3rd place).
Armenian GM Vladimir Hakobyan is the 21st with 2698 points Gabriel Sargsyan, Karen Asryan and Smbat Lputyan occupy the 55th, the 80th and the 83rd places respectively.
Armenia ranks the forth among the countries displaying excellent chess. The top three countries are Russia, Ukraine and the USA.
