MAJORITY OF FOOTBALL FANS ARE ARARAT’S FANS
Support A1+!Majority of Armenian football fans will support “Ararat” football team during Armenia’s football Cup semi-final match Ararat vs. Banants to be held tomorrow. This information was received from the A1+ questionnaire one on random selection among football fans.
22-year-old Aram could not watch the Soviet period Ararat football matches, however he has heard a lot about the team from his parents, “I always support Ararat football team and everybody like them very much”. Khosrov, who is elder than Aram, said that he watched the matches of “Ararat 80”, “I remember the matches of Ararat football team and I am very upset that this team has not yet gained higher awards since the country’s independence. I hope that it will win at Armenian Independence Cup.”
Another Ararat’s fan, 48-year-old Suren thinks that Sukiasyan Varuzhan has succeeded in creating a good team and it is most likely to win the Cup.
44-year-old Hovik said that Ararat’s sponsors would treat the team more seriously and would allocate more financial means for the team in case it won the Cup. And the victory will allow the team to play at UEFA Cup.
Bnants is a favourite football team among teenagers. 15-year-old Armenak is fond of Banants because they always play beautifully. 18-year-old Aram thinks that both teams have equal opportunities to win however he wishes Banants to win.
