Azerbaijani “Azerisport” agency conducted a survey on the decision of the UEFA to cancel Azerbaijani and Armenian football meetings.

27 percent of respondents noted that the UEFA made a right decision, since Azerbaijani team would be defeated by the Armenian team. 29 percent considered that the UEFA violated sport principles, 15 percent of respondents noted that Azerbaijan would have defeated Armenia and the UEFA had made an incorrect decision.

It is worthwhile to mention, that in the A group Armenia shares 5-6 places in 7 scores, while Azerbaijan concludes the match list in 5 scores. Armenia occupies the 80-th place in FIFA classification list and Azerbaijan the109-th place.
