Support A1+!The Armenian youth football team under 21 is already back to Yerevan. The team has held two successful meetings within the framework of the “Euro-2009” try-outs.
The team played a tie with France 1:1 and played over Lichtenstein 4:1.
“France was really a strong contender. The team featured best footballers of “Milan,” “Charlton,” “Leon,” the chief coach Varujan Sukiassian told A1+.
“Encouraged by the outcome of the meeting our footballers won over the team of Lichtenstein. We had thoroughly studied our rival's strategy in the matches with Turkey and Ukraine. To tell the truth, we didn't expect our footballers to play so successfully and to kick four goals. They worked a wonder,” the coach said.
