HAKOBYAN SIGNS ONE-YEAR CONTRACT
Support A1+!The half-back of the Armenian football team Aram Hakobyan has signed a one-year contract with “Volga” of Ulianovsk. The 28-year-old footballer told A1+ that he might leave the Russian team in summer as the contract is signed by the principle “6 months + 6 months.”
“If I get better offers after the first round of the First League matches I shall be transferred to another club without any compensation,” he says.
Hakobyan has played in Ukrainian “Metalurg” and “Ilichevts,” as well as in “Banants” of Yerevan. The footballer was to participate at today's Kazakhstan-Armenia friendly meeting but he will likely miss the match because of some visa problems. Nevertheless, the chief coach of the Armenian team Yan Poulsen is eager to see Hakobyan in the national team.
