Support A1+!There were only 53,307 fans present at the 113 soccer matches during the 2008 Armenian soccer championship and it is a rather low rating compared to the European championships.
According to the data of “A1+”, the championship in Armenia has the lowest turnout –there were only 213 fans at the soccer matches.
If we subtract the relatives of the players, we see that there were a minimum of 150 soccer fans at the games. There were also matches where, as a rule, 50-100 fans were present. For example, the matches of “Cilicia” had low turnout.
The 113 championship matches too place in the 13 stadiums of seven residential areas. The “Vardanank-451” stadium held the most matches.
There were an average of 158 fans and that is the worst turnout.
Ten matches took place at Armenia’s biggest “Hrazdan” stadium, yet there was an average of 240 fans in the stadium seating 55,000. This is where “Cilicia” and “Banants” played.
“Ararat” has the largest army of fans, but there were only 285 fans during one of the matches of this team. This places “Ararat” 6th in the championship. This is due to the fact that the team has held its matches in the stadium in Abovyan city.
“Gandzasar” has the most constant amount of fans and the fans always come to the matches in Kapan. There were 20,250 fans present during “Gandzasar’s” 14 matches.
