GABRIEL’S FIRST VICTORY

Leading chess player of the Armenian chess team Gabriel Sargsyan celebrated his first victory during the “Moscov Open” competition in the capital of Russia.
Gabriel won with black figures against Mikhail Antipov in the third tournament. Before that, Sargsyan played two 0-0 games.
After the third tournament, 16 chess players each won 3 points one after another. Currently, Robert Hovhannisyan is the only best chess player representing Armenia by winning 2.5 points. Robert played a 0-0 game in the third tournament with Dmitri Adrekin.
A number of other Armenian chess players are participating in the competition and some of them are representing Russia.
