Pyunik in the lead
Yerevan's Ararat sustained another defeat at the Armenian Football Championship.
The vice-champion of 2008 lost to Kapan's Gandzasar 0:2. None of the teams had gained any points prior to the match.
Gandzasar's footballers Armen Tatintsyan and Vahe Davtyan kicked two goals at the end of the meeting.

Banants enjoyed its fifth victory during the championship. After beating Yerevan's Ulysses (1.0) Banants took the second place on the list.
